THE BRIEF
A product team needed live event capture at tablet speed during games, plus an analytics layer that helped coaches make better decisions. We built the capture surface first: optimistic writes, offline tolerance, post-session reconciliation. Then added a model layer that detects patterns across play types, rotations, and opponent tendencies. Post-game dashboards for review. Real-time surfacing for the decisions coaches have to make as the game moves.
